Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager, Customer Service Center, Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop teams within the Customer Service Center while maintaining high service standards and achieving KPIs
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Foster interdepartmental relationships and assist in the development of future Customer Service Center strategies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of consumer banking and call center experience required
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience required for the Manager position; 10+ years for the Sr. Manager position
  • Strong leadership skills and comfort with technology are essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and an understanding of call center processes are required
