Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to purchase borrowers, providing guidance throughout the home loan selection process
• Understand borrower needs and recommend optimal loan products and pricing options
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company loan products, pricing structures, and multi-state regulations

Required Qualifications

• Recent mortgage loan origination experience required; call center environment preferred
• Purchase experience is required
• Must have a significant licensing footprint and meet all NMLS requirements
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
• Strong negotiation skills
