New York Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst to manage the medical file review process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review reports and medical records to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Communicate with clients and reviewers for clarifications and updates on referral progress
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance checklists and format reports for approval

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• NY Workers Compensation experience is preferred
• Operations experience with Peer Review, UR, and/or case management
• Familiarity with technology-based processes in a business environment
