Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Coordinator to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient information during essential care milestones
• Assist with staff training and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Monitor documentation accuracy and follow up on deficiencies

Required Qualifications and Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in home health or hospice within the past 36 months
• OASIS certification preferred
• Experience in Medicare home health is advantageous
• Must reside in an approved remote worker state
