Technical Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Manager to oversee certification processes and support the technical team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and leadership to the technical team and ensure quality management system adherence
• Manage accreditation audits and maintain internal and external KPIs for performance requirements
• Drive improvement in auditor performance through training and management of auditor credentials

Required Qualifications and Education

• Degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or a relevant field
• 5+ years of Food Safety or Quality assurance experience in the food industry
• Experience in food safety systems certification
• HACCP training and PCQI for human food certification
• Lead or Internal Auditor training and GFSI auditor credential(s)
