Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and implement treatment plans for injured individuals
• Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
• Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and completing required documentation

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; 1+ year in workers' compensation or occupational health required
• Licenses: Active New York RN license and Compact RN license required
• Internet: Must have reliable internet access
