New York Licensed Program Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ESSHI Harlem Program Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a supportive housing program for young adults aged 18 to 25 who have aged out of foster care or have prior involvement in the criminal justice sector
  • Ensure clients are linked with appropriate community services and their holistic needs are met for independent living
  • Provide coaching and supervision to the team, monitor client and staff outcomes, and ensure compliance with program guidelines


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with youth in care, youth with substance use and mental health issues
  • Supervisory and program management experience required
  • Ability to assess cases, analyze data, and interact with diverse individuals
  • Master's Degree from a U.S. accredited institution or equivalent credential evaluation
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
