Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate client and policy data within relevant systems
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and retention while supporting team goals and business priorities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 8+ years of experience
  • Producer's License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Basic understanding of professional and industry standards/practices
