Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Insurance Sales, Private Banking and Wealth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an insurance sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing insurance sales team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage relationships with insurance carriers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of life, property & casualty, and commercial insurance products
  • Proven track record of driving insurance revenue growth in a banking environment
  • State insurance licenses (Life & Health, Property & Casualty) as required
