Who You Are

You already have that. Pharma experience is a plus.


The Role: Associate, Opportunity Creation (Business Development Representative)

This role is all about execution. You won’t need to guess which accounts to go after—we’ll give you the targets and the strategy. Your job is to find the right contacts, start smart conversations, and book high-value meetings for our senior team.


Responsibilities
  • Work from a list of strategic accounts
  • Identify and engage decision-makers and influencers based on clear criteria
  • Use outbound tools (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to get their attention
  • Book introductory and capability meetings
  • Help prep internal teams with context and follow-ups
You’re the first handshake. You open the door. You set the table. We’ll take it from there.

  • Market Access
  • Creative & Media (including social)
  • Omnichannel Enablement, AI & Data
  • You don’t need to pitch it in depth—you just need to spark curiosity and earn us 30 minutes.


Who You'll Be Contacting
  • Biotech executives
  • Commercial, access, and marketing leads at pharma and med tech companies
  • Decision-makers launching new assets or expanding into new indications

All targets will be pre-aligned to our ideal customer profile. You’ll focus on people, not company hunting.
