Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of inbound contact center experience using a telephony platform
• Customer service experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Fully competent in MS Office applications
