Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and draft operational contracts and legal documents across various topics
• Negotiate contracts with external parties, including vendors and clients
• Conduct legal research and analyze documents to prepare accurate legal materials

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and/or New York
• 3-4 years of experience in a law firm; in-house or healthcare experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word; working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Contracts Management Systems preferred
