Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Administrator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for client networks
• Triage and escalate network-related incidents to Network Engineering
• Analyze network data and client reports to proactively identify and address issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of IT experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or IT services environments
• Cisco CCNA or similar advanced networking certification preferred
• Experience or formal training in LAN, WAN, wireless, and IP Voice technologies
• Familiarity with network operating systems and management platforms
