Associate Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Systems Analyst, Remote Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain payer/provider connectivity for eligibility and benefit validation workflows
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and payer technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Monitor and analyze transaction logs and system performance to ensure compliance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, revenue cycle management, or payer/provider integration
• 3+ years of experience with EDI transactions and payer connectivity protocols
• 3+ years of experience with PHI compliance requirements and HIPAA regulations
• 3+ years of experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing and workflow systems
