Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Programmer Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software development and SDLC for ASM/COBOL programs, including design, testing, and troubleshooting
• Resolve policy-specific errors and abends, providing on-call support for system recovery and modifications
• Mentor junior team members and lead technical projects while prioritizing service requests related to life insurance products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in CyberLife (or CK4) development projects
• Experience with large-scale COBOL-based mainframe systems and JCL
• Proficient in Agile development and software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with programming languages such as COBOL, ASM, JCL, DB2, and REXX
