Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Manager (RN) - Obstetrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate member needs and recommend care plans to address barriers to care
  • Develop and coordinate ongoing care plans with healthcare providers and community resources
  • Monitor member progress and provide education on healthcare options and benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience in nursing or care management
  • RN - Registered Nurse State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
  • Must reside within the state of Nebraska
  • Availability for day shifts, Monday through Friday
