Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and audit bi-weekly payrolls for employees across two separate FEINs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Investigate and resolve inquiries related to payroll taxes from various stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of payroll experience with knowledge of multi-state tax compliance
• Experience processing payroll for multiple FEINs
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and reporting requirements
• Experience with payroll system transitions or harmonizations is a plus
• Proficiency in payroll software systems and Excel
