Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scenario Support professional to assist the Operations Team with loan restructuring and underwriting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze bank statements and review various loan types for compliance and investor guidelines
• Respond to inquiries from loan officers and provide accurate income calculations for prequalification
• Recommend alternative loan structures and ensure adherence to established productivity and quality measurements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of mortgage underwriting experience
• Current experience underwriting VA mortgage loans
• Direct Endorsement (DE) and/or LAPP/SAR certifications
• Strong knowledge of underwriting requirements for various loan programs and private mortgage insurance companies
