Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for various title orders, primarily commercial and residential
• Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and verify legal descriptions of properties
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of directly related experience
• California state examination experience required
• Knowledge of legal terms is helpful
• Familiarity with standard MS skill set and company operating systems
