Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III (Safe Act).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the loan application process
• Work with internal departments and external organizations to gather necessary documentation for loan applications
• Monitor and analyze credit reports, appraisals, and income documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
• Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Strong analytical and mathematical background
• Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced mortgage environment
