• Support the CBO in driving business execution and performance management across teams
• Establish and manage operational cadences for commercial teams to ensure efficient operations
• Define and analyze key business metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights for performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional career trajectory with experience at tier-1 companies or education from a tier-1 school
• Proven experience in fast-paced startup environments, preferably in AI, SaaS, or deep tech
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track KPIs
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and collaboration
• Highly organized and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
