Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Manager for AI Customer Implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation across multiple AI implementation projects using Smartsheet and workforce management software
• Monitor workload distribution and support demand forecasting aligned with delivery timelines
• Generate and present resourcing reports highlighting utilization and projected needs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in resource management, project coordination, or delivery operations, preferably in software, SaaS, or telecommunications
• Strong expertise in Smartsheet and workforce management software
• Familiarity with professional services or implementation project lifecycles
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, or a related field
