Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III to assess loan requests and facilitate communication between customers and the mortgage department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in loan applications to ensure a positive experience
• Obtain necessary documentation and information from internal departments and external organizations to complete applications
• Monitor and analyze credit reports and other documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Good PC skills with strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Email Platform, and Adobe
• Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
• Ability to function independently within time constraints
