Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual budget and oversee financial forecasting and reporting
• Coordinate and support the annual audit process and manage vendor contracts
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to ensure efficient financial tracking of contributions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting
• 5+ years of accounting and/or financial reporting experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization
• Understanding of nonprofit financial standards, audits, and compliance
• Experience with budget development and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial management tools such as Excel and QuickBooks
