Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions and assist clients with migrations or changes
Support testing of new applications and document system issues while escalating when necessary
Manage client outreach and deliver support for moderate to high complexity initiatives
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
6+ years of customer service experience with direct client interaction
5+ years of technical support experience
Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and cash management
Familiarity with ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
