Licensed Immigration Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Immigration Attorney to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting Source of Funds (SOF) documentation and related tasks
• Requesting and collecting necessary documents for EB-5 applications
• Conducting forensic analysis of fund sources and communicating with clients

Required Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent experience with EB-5 Investor Program applications
• Significant experience with all stages of the EB-5 process
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
• Strong writing skills for documenting the SOF pathway
• Demonstrated client service skills
