Minnesota Licensed Child Psychiatrist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatrist/Child & Adolescent- Utilization Review - Remote (1099 Independent Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Review Prior Authorizations for treatment using accepted medical guidelines and provide unbiased assessments
• Ensure compliance with ERISA/DOL and state regulations during the review process
• Work flexibly, completing cases that typically take 30-60 minutes, with no minimum hour requirement

Required Qualifications

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Must have 5 years of patient care experience in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Must have an unrestricted Minnesota or Texas state medical license
• Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card
