Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Learning and Evidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct topic-specific literature reviews aligned with the Learning Agenda and Evidence Base
• Organize and review internal evidence, reports, and publications to create an internal resource map
• Produce a synthesis brief summarizing key takeaways, implications, and recommendations for the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, international development, research, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Progressive experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning for international development organizations
• Experience in global public health
• Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing organizational initiatives related to communications and tool development
• Strong computer skills for creating technical and non-technical documents
