Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Sponsor Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team and processes for assigned client service areas
• Oversee customer inquiries and ensure effective resolution of complex issues
• Develop metrics and analyze service performance for management review

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Client Services relevant to the role
• 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
• 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of retirement plan administration and nondiscrimination testing
• ASPPA QKA certification preferred
