Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Success Manager to support and grow its nationwide merchant network.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned merchants, providing proactive support and guidance
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new merchants and provide ongoing education
• Engage merchants to increase platform usage and identify upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields
• Experience with phone-based outreach and managing a high volume of contacts
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Comfortable presenting and leading conversations via phone or virtual meetings
• Adaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
