Medication Therapy Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Specialist-REMOTE-Outbound Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and make outbound calls to schedule MTM clinician interventions for eligible beneficiaries
• Utilize the MTM process management system to document member-specific information
• Perform outreach calls to pharmacies for contact information and address MTM-related queries

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• 1 year of work experience in customer service
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Knowledge of government programs (Medicare)
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and system operations
