Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Research Rep I to handle eligibility verification requests while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify member eligibility through various resources and input verified information into the communications log
• Process research efficiently to meet turnaround times and follow up with practitioners and members
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure security measures are enforced while meeting production and accuracy standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum one year experience with 10-key, typing, and computer skills (8,000-10,000 keystrokes per hour)
• Experience in claims processing or eligibility verification preferred
• Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
• Experience in customer service, particularly with outbound calls
