Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for clients
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish performance indicators and support campaign management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
• Experience with telephony solutions and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
