Massachusetts Licensed BH Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Behavioral Health Clinical Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support BH Care Coordinators and other support staff
• Oversee triage workflows, call assignments, and monitor caseloads for effective service delivery
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement policies, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (psychology, clinical counseling, social work, or psychiatric nursing)
• Three or more years of experience in Mental Health, BH care management, or care coordination
• Three or more years of supervisory experience
• Current Massachusetts or New Hampshire state licensure (LICSW, LMHC/LCMHC, or LMFT)
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare recipients is preferred
