Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support their Job Order Contracting service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposal materials and coordinate deliverables across all stages of the process
• Create and update marketing materials including resumes, presentations, and collateral while adhering to brand standards
• Conduct marketing research to inform overall market strategy and individual client pursuits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in a marketing or communications role
• Experience in the Job Order Contracting and/or Construction industries is preferred
• Strong proficiency with InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time and project management skills
