Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain metrics and reporting frameworks for customer lifecycle and campaign performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze customer journeys and campaign influences on behavior
• Manage integration of customer analytics tools and optimize tracking infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience with GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with large datasets
• Expertise in campaign tracking and reporting best practices
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
