The purpose of the role is to drive a profitable and sustainable sales pipeline within the 'Healthcare’ sector whilst ensuring that the business brand and reputation is both protected and enhanced. 

As a Head of Marketing, you'll need to: 

• Create awareness of and develop the brand of NEC Software Solutions and healthcare propositions 
• Communicate with target audiences building and developing a clear understanding and recognition of our brand proposition 
• Implement robust marketing programmes including advertising, direct marketing, digital and media relations to drive customer acquisition and retention 
• work closely with in-house and external creative agencies to develop consistent marketing materials 
• Write and proofread marketing copy, that resonates with the Healthcare market sector 
• Produce creative content 
• Manage social media channels to generate impact 
• Develop and manage a wide range of audience such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions 
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials 
• Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups 
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. 

And with support, you'll need to: 

• Develop and implement a brand marketing strategy for the Healthcare proposition 
• Manage stakeholders' expectations 
• Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for management 
• Monitor and report on competitor activity 
• lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities 

• Demonstrable experience in a Marketing role. Preferably within Healthcare Tech or the NHS/HSE (Ireland) 
•  Demonstrable experience in B2B environment. 
• Automation – experience in developing, executing, and measuring email marketing campaigns. 
• Writing compelling and relevant content for a range of channels including social media experience. 
• Strong communication skills externally and internally - able to dialogue at CX level 
• Able to work with a variety of stakeholders and assimilate their views 
• Collaborative 
• Commercially aware and cost conscious 
• Problem solving and analytical 
• Data driven decision making 
• Flexible and self-motivated - able to work without supervision
• Line Management responsibility
