Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Analyst to support a marketing team in evaluating campaign performance and generating actionable customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze performance of marketing campaigns focusing on ROI, lift, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Partner with marketing managers to design measurement strategies, test plans, and KPIs before campaign launch
• Develop and deliver post-campaign performance reports and dashboards using data visualization tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree a plus
• 5-6 years of experience in a marketing analytics or similar role, preferably in a data-driven organization
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode, Power BI)
• Experience analyzing multi-channel marketing performance and customer behavior
• Deep understanding of marketing KPIs, customer metrics, and attribution models
