Key Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for the 10-4 app
• Apply AI and behavioral insights to enhance onboarding, in-app engagement, and lifecycle marketing
• Develop campaigns and content targeting fleet managers and drivers while analyzing app usage and user behavior

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in mobile apps or consumer-focused fintech
• Experience or strong interest in utilizing AI for mobile app adoption and personalization
• Proven success in driving adoption, engagement, and loyalty for digital products
• Experience with lifecycle marketing, user research, and in-app messaging
• Ability to collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams to enhance user experience
