Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale learning projects, including design, resource allocation, and rollout
• Develop and maintain project documentation and training evaluations for new programs
• Collaborate with teams to address customer knowledge gaps through various training methods

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, adult learning, sales operations, or product management
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
• Advanced program/project management experience
• Experience with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools
• Understanding of the AEC industry and adult learning best practices
