Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Government Patient Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage billing and follow-up teams to ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable
• Monitor and adjust staff assignments to meet financial goals and regulatory compliance
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue recovery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management required; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in Revenue Cycle required
• Minimum of 2 years of related leadership experience required
• Healthcare experience required; experience in multi-hospital systems preferred
• Preferred credentials include HFMA, MGMA, AHIMA, EPIC Certification, or Certified Professional Coder
