Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Applied AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for improved performance and efficiency
• Enhance on-device model architecture using frameworks like MLX and TFLite
• Collaborate with product teams to prototype and ship AI-powered features

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in optimizing and productionizing ML models
• Deep experience in fine-tuning open-source LLMs
• Production experience with a modern coding language like Python
• Experience independently running critical projects and shipping ML features
• Ability to work within North American time zones with 4+ hours overlap with Eastern Time Zone
