Job Summary

A company is looking for a M365 Support Engineer - Japanese Language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and high-quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer
  • Manage escalations and sub-cases to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of all issues
  • Participate in triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and efficiently resolve customer problems
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in technical support or MIS in an enterprise environment
  • Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) and confident in English (reading and writing)
  • Solid working knowledge of Enterprise Messaging Administrative concepts and Identity
  • Experience with Azure or Cloud technologies
