A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Service Representative to assist homeowners in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners with routine or complex issues and requests in a high-volume call center environment
• Utilize an advanced telephony system to handle inbound and outbound calls while providing exceptional customer service
• Document all communications accurately and track customer interactions to resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
• Basic mortgage product knowledge preferred
• Ability to participate in a mandatory training program without time off
