LRE Tools Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LRE Tools Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple tools as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing and troubleshooting tool functionality
• Plan and implement releases, patches, and upgrades while following ITSM processes
• Update documentation and manage change/incident tickets effectively

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass an enhanced background screen for Public Trust clearance
• System administration experience for Windows, Solaris, and RHEL OS
• Experience with scripting (.bat and .sh) and knowledge of Java and Perl is a plus
• 5-10 years of technical experience or a college degree
• Experience with automation tools and knowledge of OpenText, Splunk, and IBM tools is a plus
