A company is looking for an ITOM Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules and implement Cloud Infrastructure Governance
• Architect AIOps solutions for predictive analytics and develop self-healing automation
• Build APIs for tool integrations and automate workflows using ServiceNow tools

Required Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery and Event Management
• Knowledge of AIOps, predictive analytics, and machine learning
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk or Dynatrace is a plus
