IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer, Enterprise Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT needs including helpdesk requests, onboarding, access management, and asset management
• Establish policies and best practices for IT operations and create scalable, secure workflows
• Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of company-owned devices while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SaaS tools like Google Workspace
• Understanding of identity and access management best practices, with experience using Okta preferred
• Comfortable supporting macOS environments and managing a distributed device fleet
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Experience in building strong relationships across teams
