Louisiana Licensed Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs, addressing questions about coverage, rates, and billing
• Share expertise on products and services to ensure customers have appropriate insurance coverage
• Assist customers who have recently been in accidents by setting up new claim reports and offering additional products

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
• Property & Casualty license is required for sales roles; training will be provided for those not already licensed
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Must have a designated workspace and high-speed internet for remote work
