Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Specialist to support a federal agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, originate, service, guarantee purchase, and liquidate loans, focusing on complex or problematic cases
• Review and analyze loan files and requests from borrowers or lenders, making independent recommendations
• Conduct interviews with borrowers and lenders, provide counseling, and maintain accurate data entries in required systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution; additional experience may substitute for education
• 3+ years of experience in loan administration and related documentation
• Proven ability in financial analysis and extensive document preparation
