Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual financial planning processes for compensation-related topics
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for share count and stock impacts
• Collaborate with the People Team and Accounting for compensation planning and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in finance or FP&A roles with focus on compensation programs
• Strong modeling skills and proficiency in financial planning systems
• Prior experience supporting HR or Total Rewards teams is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines
